Introduction & Definitions

Account Registration & Security

• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.
• Any attempt to log in to another person's account or to interfere with the platform's security systems is subject to legal action.

Deposit Rules

Funds can currently be deposited on the 277bt platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.

• Only deposit funds from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Funds deposited through a third party will not be processed until verified and may be returned if necessary.
• Deposited amounts are generally added to your gaming balance instantly upon receipt.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, contact support immediately and retain proof of the transaction.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from 277bt:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the method you most recently used to make a deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any active bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• For unusual transactions, 277bt may take additional time for verification.

Anti-Money Laundering

• Reserves the right to suspend the transaction immediately.

Welcome Bonus Terms

277bt offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200; or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳28,000.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met — it is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = after placing ৳24,000 in bets, winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Usage Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• A bonus applies to one account only. Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed from the same person, household, IP address, or device.
• Each bonus has its own expiry period. Once expired, any unused bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for playing.
• If you withdraw your own deposited portion after receiving a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• 277bt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or change its terms.

VIP & Cashback Program

277bt's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• >Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play and activity on the platform. Cashback funds are also subject to bonus terms and the applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.

Fair Play Policy

277bt is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All games are operated using SSL encryption and fair play technology. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Participating in games using any software, bot, or automated system.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Colluding secretly with other members to place bets (collusion).

Dispute Resolution

Account Suspension & Closure

277bt reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions.
• Providing a false identity or fraudulent information.
• Suspicion of unusual financial transactions or money laundering.
• Extended period of inactivity (as per the platform's policy).
• The member themselves requests account closure.

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact support. The opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance will be provided before closure.

Limitation of Liability

277bt strives to ensure the highest quality of service. However, the platform will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
• Uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• Delays or issues with a third-party payment provider's system.
• Loss caused by the user's own negligence or failure to comply with these terms.
